Candlesatelier provides professional landscape design services including:
All landscape design projects require a signed service agreement specifying scope, timeline, and costs. Project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Changes to approved designs may result in additional charges.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:
All landscape designs, drawings, and specifications created by Candlesatelier remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to implement the design on their property.
Candlesatelier is not liable for plant loss due to improper client care, extreme weather events, or pest damage after installation. We provide care instructions but cannot guarantee plant survival under all conditions.
